What do I need to get started?
One class and some material to study. Upload a worksheet, notes, or slides in the Library, then ask the tutor a question about them. The browser extension offers another way to bring in class material.
Does it grade me or report back to my teacher?
No. Quiz results are study feedback for you. Hynestein doesn’t submit grades or report your practice to your teacher.
Can I check where an answer came from?
The tutor can link the class sources it uses. Open those sources to compare the explanation with your material. Answers can still be wrong, so check anything that seems off.
Can I ask another question when I’m still stuck?
Yes. Keep the conversation going: ask about a particular step, request another explanation, or show the problem with a photo or screenshot.
What is Hynergy?
Hynergy is the usage allowance for working with your tutor and study tools. An ordinary question uses about 100; quizzes and essay feedback use more. Your allowance refills every night at midnight, and you can see exactly what you’ve used in the app.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and then it simply doesn’t renew.
Is it okay to use for homework?
Hynestein is built to help you understand your work, not to do it for you. Ask it to walk you through a problem one step at a time, or to quiz you before a test. Always follow your school’s rules for assignments.
